The Ministry of Youth Sports & Culture
conduct several youth summer programs that include art &
craft, different sports programs including: swimming, baseball
and basketball. The National Dance School has a dance workshop
with classes in drumming that attracts mostly males and ethnic,
classical and modern dance that attracts mostly females. The
workshop culminates with a concert at the end of the summer
session. All of the summer programs are free. For information

JUNKANOO SUMMER FESTIVAL |

Junkanoo Summer Festival is held at Arawak
every Saturday in July from 2pm - 10pm. There will be a celebration
of Bahamian food, craft demonstrations, story telling, children
activities, live entertainment and Junkanoo parades. For more
